- Merged duplicate export/import guide into the feature page
- Added onboarding wizard documentation to the create-your-first-chatbot guide
- Incorporated 10+ previously unused screenshots into documentation
- Added known issues section to test plan based on automated testing
- Initial documentation site launch
- Scout-generated knowledge base covering all 16 application pages and 31 user flows
